Hecate

Hecate is the goddess of magick and the moon. She often carries a torch and has snakes in her hair. She can have three heads- those of mother, maiden, and crone. She can be found at the spot where 3 roads meet.
Cited from: Wiccan Garden Index
Note: She is often called upon during the casting of spells or called upon to help a witch, mage, sorcerer, and so on with spell crafting.
There are also other gods and goddesses worshipped from different Pantheons to call upon for help with Magick, and even other things in life. (You could call upon Aradia, queen of the witches from the italian tradition if you'd like, she is strong and powerful and can be called upon to protect any witch, from wiccan garden index, link is above)
